Skull and Cross Bones Shoes
First half of the day went great - took my daughter to the mall for a little bit and did some shopping.
Came home and wasn't feeling so hot - stomach has been doing somersaults all day. Went to sleep for a little bit. We were supposed to go to a friends house - that didn't happen. When I woke up the husband was also just waking up and the kids were both sound asleep. Have been feeling queasy all night.
Then I decided to do our taxes - get it out of the way - figuring that we were going to get a nice amount of money back. WRONG! The government decided last year to take less out of our paychecks so we would have more in our pockets to help the economy - which now results in me have to pay them $5K because they didn't take enough. Can you say - PISSED OFF? So at this point, I don't care about filing my taxes before April 15th.
So if I had my way - there would be a do-over on the second half of the day - but I don't get my way very often...
Ok, so normally my quote has something to do with how my day went - today's doesn't, it just makes me laugh.
