On the hunt. On the hunt for a new career path.
The woman who works for me said I should do something related to photography. Well actually, her exact suggestion was for me to photograph the men from our fight team as a starter. Photography - interesting but don't think it would pay the bills.
I enjoy working with computers - but maybe not in the sense that I am right now. Maybe I could pursue stepping up my game on website creation. Maybe.
Maybe some type of online work from home kinda gig. That is one thing that I truly enjoy about my current job is the flexibility it affords me to tend to things for my kids, etc.
Maybe I will just grow a really big crop this year - have more chickens - and will just start selling all kinds of homemade canned items and eggs. (No seriously though - we have already discussed doing that this year - my husband even has a place lined up already where he will be putting out eggs for sale - $3/dozen). I'll be RICH, haha!!
The thing is - if I make a career change (re-phrase that - when I make my career change) - I want it to be to do something which I really enjoy. Something which I could see myself doing for the rest of my life - or at least for several years. I have been doing the same thing for the last 16 years and at this point, I'm done with it.
