Another day of trying to get co-workers and my management to perform at a higher level. A level which means we strive to make our product the best it can be so our customer is beyond satisfied and wants to sign a contract for next year.
Some days it feels like I am fighting a losing battle. Today was one of those days.
It's like trying to explain to someone that the words they are using to express a thought - are too much. As the author, they do not see necessarily the impact that their words possess and the pain it can inflict. In some situations I will back down, in others it is too important and I must insist for them to rethink their approach.
It seems there are many times in my daily activities that I am going in circles.
Just another day to hold on tight.
